Mr. Clément C. Gagnon is the president and primary shareholder of Gestion CGE Inc., which controls CGE Capital Inc., a financial engineering firm and CGE Communication Group, a firm specialized in financial communications for companies listed on the Stock Exchange. He has gathered more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry. An active participant in the establishment of Réseau Capital, he is a pioneer in listing growing companies on the Stock Exchange namely: LGS Group Inc., Bioxel Pharma Inc., CVTech Group Inc., IMS Experts Consultants Inc. For the past fifteen years, he has participated in the financing of tens of millions of dollars. In 2007, CGE General Partner Inc., a company which he is the president and secretary, was the General Partner for CGE Resources Limited Partnership 2007. Mr. Gagnon holds a Master in Business Administration from Université de Sherbrooke (1985).
