Jacques Bonneau, M.Sc., Eng., Geologist
Mr. Jacques Bonneau acts as a consultant for several major and junior mining companies. As a private investor, he is a specialist of the mining sector. He has also worked as a consultant for Fonds Métaux Précieux Northern in both 2004 and 2005. A renowned geologist, he has acquired more than 30 years of experience working for several companies such as SOQUEM, Falconbridge Copper, Minéraux Sequoia and Mazarin. From 1994 to 2003, Mr. Bonneau has held the position of President of Mazarin Inc. He his Director of Metco Resources Inc. since 2004 and Midland Exploration Inc. since 2007. A member of l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum, Mr. Bonneau holds a Bachelor of Geological Engineering degree from Université Laval (1972) and a Master of Sciences degree (1977) from the same university.
Jean Descarreaux, Ph.D. Geology and Prospector
Mr. Jean Descarreaux has been a Mineral Advisor and Contractor for small and large companies and for various governmental and intergovernmental agencies such as CIDA (Canadian International Development Agency) and the United Nations. He has over 30 years of experience in the design and management of mining exploration projects. In 1980, Mr. Descarreaux founded Les Ressources Claude Inc., a mining exploration company that operates in Saskatchewan. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Diversification of Exploration Investment Partnership, SIDEX (Limited partnership), and has received several Awards from organizations such as the Association professionnelle des géologues et des géophysiciens du Québec (1991) as well as the Jean-Descarreaux award given by The Quebec Mineral Exploration Association (QMEA), in 1990. Mr. Descarreaux holds a Ph.D. in geology from Laval University (1973).
